Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at LS Glass Designs.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please inform LS Glass Designs within 7 days of receiving your items.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once LS Glass Designs has received your item (s), it will be inspected after which you will be notified that the item(s) that you have returned have been received. LS Glass Designs will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, a refund to your original method of payment will be made.
You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment processor policies.
